1. Who we are

DoseTrack ("the app") is published by Everstone Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@everstonedynamics.com.

2. The short version

DoseTrack keeps your information on your own device. We do not run user accounts or servers for the app, and we do not collect, receive, sell, or share your personal or health information.

3. Information you enter

You may enter the following into the app. It is stored only on your device:

Medications you track (type, name, schedule or interval, reminder times)
Dose entries (date, amount, route, injection site, notes)
Weight entries and your preferred weight unit
Costs you choose to record
Side-effect tags you choose to record
App settings and preferences
Progress items derived from your entries, such as streaks and badges

We cannot see this information.

4. How the information is used

The app uses your entries only to show you your history, charts, reminders, and progress on your device. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

5. Notifications

Reminders are local notifications created and scheduled by the app on your device. Depending on your device settings, a notification may show the medication name on your lock screen. You can change this in your device's notification and lock-screen settings, or turn reminders off in the app.

The app does not share your information automatically. If you use the share feature, the app creates an image that contains only your streak count, a badge title, and the DoseTrack name. It never includes medication names, doses, or weight. The image is shared only if you choose to send it through your device's share sheet.

7. Third-party services

The app currently contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services and does not connect to our servers.

Apple and Google distribute the app and operate their own services under their own privacy policies. If you have chosen to share diagnostics or usage data with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash or usage reports.

8. Device backups

Your device's backup service (for example iCloud or Google backup) may include the app's data. We do not control or access those backups; they are governed by your device provider's terms and settings.

9. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can erase everything the app stores at any time in the app under Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete All App Data. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data from your device, although copies may remain in device backups until those backups are deleted or expire.

10. Security

Your data is stored in the app's private storage on your device and relies on your device's built-in protections. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock.

11. Children

DoseTrack is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU, or the UK), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not collect or store your personal data, there is nothing for us to access or delete on our side; you control all of your data directly in the app (see Section 9).

13. Changes to this policy

If we add features that collect or transmit information (for example cloud backup, accounts, crash reporting, or analytics), we will update this policy before those features are released and, where required, ask for your consent. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date.
