Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. DoseTrack has no accounts and no servers for the app, so we do not receive your entries and cannot see or recover them.

How do I delete all my data?

In the app, go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete All App Data. This erases everything the app stores on your device.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting the app erases its local data from your device. Copies may remain in your device backups (for example iCloud or Google backup) until those backups are deleted or expire.

Can I get my data back if I lose my phone?

We cannot recover it, because we never receive it. Your entries can only be restored from your own device backups, if they include the app.
